
Svetlana Petrović was born in Belgrade. She graduated in 2005. the Academy of Arts, department for flute in Novi Sad in the class of prof. Laure Levay-Axin. She performed solo and in various chamber ensembles at festivals in Serbia and abroad. He is a regular participant in workshops and a member of the ensemble of violist and composer Szilard Mezei, who deals with. This collaboration has been going on for many years and has resulted in numerous performances at festivals (e.g. Ring Ring, Domboš fest), the recording of theater music for the play Under the Milk Forest - Ujvidek Szinhaz, as well as numerous CD releases (e.g. Nad/Reed for Red Toucan Records – Quebec, Flute and strigs, and many others). She took courses with famous flautists such as Janoš Balint, Pierre Yves Artaud, Itzzes Gergely and many others. He has been engaged in pedagogical work since his student days. She shared her experience and knowledge with students at the Music School in Subotica, the "Josif Marinković" Music School in Vršac and the Music School in Kamnik (Slovenia). She continues to work as a teacher at the "Stanislav Binički" music school in Belgrade. Currently, she is a member of flute trio Eolian.
