Born in 1963 in Graz/Austria, has lived in Vienna since the late 1980s. She is active as a composer, improviser and sound artist on the national and international scene. Her work includes numerous cross-cutting projects in the fields of music, language and video. She is particularly interested in electro-acoustic music and the piano with extended playing techniques. She is the founder and member of several formations for improvised music.

Her works have appeared on numerous recordings.
She teaches on the course for electroacoustic and experimental music at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna.
